    The ELA technology standard for kindergarten emphasizes the importance of using digital tools to create writings and to publish those works. The standard  specifies different technology tools that can be used for activities like SmartBoard and Promethean. It also mentions using technology like StoryJumper for reading and and digital art applications like Paint. I would say I am familiar with this standard however I definitely think I need more time and practice using those technologies before I feel comfortable and confident within my abilities.            One resource I found from CPALMS was for ELA in a kindergarten class. This specific resource focused on learning the alphabet using the computer. This resource uses an online program called Starfall and allows students to see each letter of the alphabet, both lowercase and uppercase, and to hear the pronunciation of each letter and the sound it makes.
