I looked up local elementary schools in Tallahassee and found Springwood Elementary School. The school website has a 'Teacher Websites' tab which is where I found Mrs. Hajdukiewicz's website. This specific teacher's website included pages like "Meet the Teacher" and "Class Calendar". The website also provided students and parents with additional information like Mrs. Hajdukiewicz's class daily schedule and online resources that aid in student learning. The teacher's website also provided a phone number, email, and her degrees and teaching credentials.

I envision myself using technology to accomplish my professional responsibilities more efficiently and effectively on an everyday basis. I plan on using Trello to help keep my teaching/grading schedules, meetings, and due dates all organized. I can see myself working more with PB Works, which would make it easier for me to share articles and other links with my students, parents, or other teachers. I hope to use Class Dojo in my classroom to help with promoting engagement and participation from my students and staying connected with parents.

Unfortunately, I did not use PB Works much because I did not complete any of the assignments that required using it. However, when I did interact with PB Works, I found it a bit confusing. I do not really like how it is set up which is probably why I did not finish any of the assignments that used PB Works. I want to work more on a Wiki platform. I am sure once I familiarize myself with how the website works, I will find it beneficial to me being a future educator and will use it in my classroom with my students.

  1. H Lindsay! The apps you used for productivity were ones I had not heard of, but might use in the future now. Organization is so important to have when teaching. I also liked how you included an app to make sure your students are engaged and participating in lessons.
